With our Service Plans, AmaTech can cover as much or as little of your network, computers and devices as you want. With something as simple as Hardware Monitoring, AmaTech can be alerted of any hardware failures in your company's network infrastructure before you are down for the count. AmaTech also offers remote support with all of our Service Plans. This allows us to diagnose and fix many of the every day problems that plague businesses faster and more economically than having to be on site.

Our Service plans are outlined below:


Bronze Plan
Bronze Plan
Our Bronze Plan includes remote monitoring and primary antivirus. No labor or service calls are included in this plan and all work performed will be billable at a discounted hourly rate.

Gold Plan
Gold Plan
Our Gold Plan includes regular maintenance and updates that are often required for the Health and Financial sectors. It also includes select remote support during AmaTech’s business hours as well as an even larger discount on our hourly rate for any on-site or off-hours services.

Platinum Plan
Platinum Plan
Our Platinum Plan is all-inclusive with unlimited onsite and remote service and allows AmaTech to act as your business’ IT department as well as CIO. This means AmaTech will include time for regular meetings to plan and budget all IT needs for your company. Due to the more time-consuming and dedicated nature of this plan, there will be a limited number of these plans sold.
